Admissions

Please download booklet and registration forms below (WORD documents), and complete the registration form and return it to us - either by post or by email.  If you would prefer us to send a copy of the booklet and form to you by post we are happy to do so - just fill in the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page - or call us on:  07963 134008.

​If you have an older child at Badger Hill Primary, the school office also has registration packs which they can give you - or just pop across the playground to Little Badgers and a member of our staff will be happy to help you.

All forms are kept securely in our Pre-School and are confidential.

Please note: Our administration fee for new starters is £20 and is non-refundable. If paying by cheque, please make cheque payable to 'Little Badgers' and for bank transfer details our on our admission from.
